First, a little bit about us.  We are Christine and Jen….a pair of treasure hunting best friends who honestly feel like we are living our dream.  We love infusing unique farmhouse treasures, both big and small, into our own lives, and are so excited to share that passion with you.  We truly believe that your home should be filled with the people and things you love the most in the world.  Our relentless desire to give our own homes a vibe of ‘farmhouse swag’ has inspired us to search far and wide for the lovely surprises that will make your ‘farmhouse’ delightfully detailed and implicitly you .

Where Do You Get Your Treasures?

Our inventory is comprised of treasures acquired from near and far.  We love to infuse beautiful antique and vintage reproduction items that are new in age… but old in design and with that distinctive farmhouse feel.  We love that every piece we sell has a story to tell and will feel like it has been with you forever.

What Are The Painted Fox Shipping Policies?

You will receive an email confirmation upon placement of your order. We reserve the right to choose the most economical carrier to ship your package. All items will leave our warehouse within 15 business days, unless otherwise noted, due to stated special order or pre-order status. If an item you have ordered changes to backorder status, you will be notified, via email, and will have the option to cancel the order, or have the order held and shipped as soon as it becomes available. We source our treasures from hither and yon, so shipping delays may occur. We will always do our best to get your items shipped quickly and will notify you of any delays. Shipping charges will be based upon the amount of your purchase.
At Painted Fox, we are proud of our commitment to the environment. We reuse packaging materials and boxes as often as possible. Our customers enjoy noting the many places their boxes have traveled. It is our hope that our customers will pay it forward and do the same!

What Are The Painted Fox Special Order Policies?

–All Painted Fox Lighting is Special Order and will ship 4-8 weeks from date of order. If you need your lighting sooner, please contact us and we will do the best we can to get your light to you as soon as possible. Special Order lighting is subject to a 25% restocking fee if returned.  Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.  Any remaining refund will be issued as merchandise credit.

–All Painted Fox Furniture is Special Order.  Special order furniture can take up to 14 weeks to ship( if an item is Available on Backorder this timeline can be extended). If you need your furniture sooner, please contact us and we will do the best we can to get your item shipped as soon as possible.  Furniture will ship via LTL Freight carrier and will be delivered curbside.  You will receive a phone call to arrange delivery. Special Order furniture is subject to a 25% restocking fee if refused at delivery.  Any remaining refund will be issued as merchandise credit.

–All Wood Signs, with the exception of Sugarboo, ordered from Painted Fox Home are custom made at the time of your purchase.  Please allow 4 weeks for production and delivery.  Special order signs are subject to a 25% restocking fee.  Any remaining refund will be issued as merchandise credit.

-All Copper Corners Art is considered Special Order and is subject to a 25% restocking fee.  Any remaining refund will be issued as merchandise credit.

–All Sugarboo merchandise ordered from Painted Fox Home special order.  Please allow 10 weeks for delivery.    

–All Special Order merchandise is subject to a 25% restocking fee.  Any remaining refund for Special Order merchandise will be given in the form of merchandise credit.

-All special order requested cancellations requested with 72 hours from the time of purchase will result in a refund.  All other cancellations will be subject to a 25% restock fee and the remaining amount will be issued as merchandise credit.

–Any product ‘Available on Backorder’ will be charged at the time of purchase.  These items are considered pre-pay, pre-order and may be cancelled any time prior to shipping

Does Painted Fox Ship Internationally?

Sorry!  Painted Fox does not offer international shipping.

What Is Your Return Policy?

Painted Fox is committed to finding and selling unique, high quality merchandise.  If you do not love your treasures or they arrive damaged, you may return them using the following return process.  Please email our return processing team at [email protected], entering Return Claim on the subject line. Upon receipt, Painted Fox will review the claim for approval. Photos are required to substantiate claims.  All claims must be submitted and received by Painted Fox within 1 week from receipt of shipment.   No unauthorized returns will be accepted. Returns due to damage will be replaced. All other qualified returns will result in a in-store credit for the amount paid for merchandise.  Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. You may request a prepaid return label. Cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. When filing a return, please include the following information: Name, Phone Number,  Product name, Specific Reason for Return,  and a Photo of the Damage or Defect.  Any item that is sold as a ‘Special Order’ will incur a 25% restocking fee if returned, due to the specialized handling involved. Any remaining balance due will be issued as in-store credit.  All Copper Corners Art, Handmade Wood Signs, furniture, Colsen Keane, and lighting is considered Special Order merchandise.  Please note, any additional special order products will be indicated directly in the product description.

Will You Special Order Items For Me? What are the policies for Special Order items?

We sure will! Just send us an email at [email protected] We know how it feels to have a picture in your head of what you want….and not to be able to find it!  Arghhhh!  Trust us, we understand….but the good news is…we can help you make that dream into a reality! We feel incredibly fortunate to have access to so many delicious design resources and simply can’t wait to share them with you! One of our favorite things is getting to chat and collaborate with our customers.

Please note that special order items may not be cancelled beyond 72 hours post order. Special order items are customer pre-paid, as they are ordered direct from the manufacturer. Special order items incur a restocking fee of 50% of merchandise price if returned.
