Painted Fox is committed to finding and selling unique, high quality merchandise. If you do not love your treasure(s), you must submit a Return Authorization Form. A printed copy of the successful completion of the form must be enclosed in your return package. Returns received without printed copy of return form will not be processed or credited. Returns must be RECEIVED BY PAINTED FOX HOME WITHIN 2 WEEKS OF DELIVERY TO YOUR HOME. Returns that arrive without completion of the Return Authorization form or arrive beyond the 2 week return window, will not result in refund or in-store credit. Returns received within the above described parameters (with enclosed copy request/response for return and received in our warehouse within 2 weeks) will result in a refund to your payment account upon the processing and inspection of your return. Returns that arrive in damaged condition will result in no refund. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. Should your items arrive damaged, please submit a Damage Claim Form. Photos are required to substantiate damage or quality claims. Upon receipt, Painted Fox will review the claim for approval. Returns due to damage will be replaced or refunded. All claims must be submitted and received by Painted Fox within 2 weeks from receipt of shipment. All qualified returns will result in a credit to your original form of payment.Copy of email return request and response must be included in return shipment.
Customer is responsible for shipping cost of return, unless otherwise specified. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers may request a pre-paid shipping label. Cost of the pre-paid shipping will be deducted from final credit issued.
Regarding refunds if multiple forms of payment are used: If products are paid for with a combination of gift card and other payment method. The gift card will be the first form of payment to be refunded, followed by refund to the additional payment method for any remaining refund amount.
When shipping an item valued over $75, trackable shipping service and shipping insurance is recommended. Painted Fox offers no insurance or shipping warranties on returned items shipped by customers.
All ‘Custom Upholstery’ is custom made to order and therefore no returns are accepted.
Any item that is sold as a ‘Special Order’ will incur a 25-50% restocking fee if returned, due to the specialized handling involved. Any remaining balance due will be issued as merchandise credit.
All Painted Fox Lighting is Special Order. Special Order lighting may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Items shipped via freight carrier (furniture) are not returnable, and must be inspected and accepted or refused upon delivery.
