Painted Fox Home is committed to finding and selling unique, high quality merchandise.  We stand behind all of the products we have curated and believe they will both meet and exceed your expectations.  We hope you love your selections, but if you are not completely satisfied, your return request must be received within 7 days of product delivery.  Please contact our customer service department at [email protected] for Return Authorization and instructions.

Returns are refunded in the original payment form for the merchandise price, less return shipping and original shipping and handling.

Should your items arrive damaged, please submit photos to substantiate damage to [email protected] Upon receipt, Painted Fox will review the claim for approval.  Returns due to damage will be replaced.   All claims must be submitted and received by Painted Fox within 7 days of product delivery.  Copy of email return request and response must be included in return shipment.

If damage is done during shipment, all original packaging must be kept until you are notified otherwise.


There Is A 15% Restocking Fee On All Returned Rugs And Lighting.

Please note, once lighting or rugs are received, a quality control inspection will is performed. This process takes  approximately 3-5 business days from the date of receipt. A refund will be issued once completed within 7-10 business days, less original shipping and handling and a 15% restocking fee (per item).


Furniture orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of submitting the order.  Any furniture cancellations after 24 hours will incur a 20% cancellation fee. Please note, preorder dates are subject to change based on manufacturer production.

All other orders may be cancelled penalty free until they are processing to ship.

Furniture is carefully inspected prior to shipment, but damages do happen. All freight items must be inspected prior to accepting the delivery.  If damage is noted, the freight must be refused. We are unable to file a claim if damaged merchandise is accepted. Please contact us at [email protected] within 24 hours if freight is refused to initiate a replacement shipment.

Furniture that is refused  will be will be issued store credit as a refund less the original shipping and handling fee charges, a 25% restocking fee from the original pre-discounted product price, and any return shipping fees.*


All Sugarboo items are made to order and can only be cancelled within 24 hours of submitting the order. We cannot accept any returns on Sugarboo products.
