Shipping Policy

Painted Fox Home offers free shipping storewide.    

All in stock decor items will ship within 10 days.  Once your order has left the warehouse, transit times will range from 2-7 business days.  Some items may ship directly from our vendors. Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box.

Furniture will be special ordered on your behalf.  In stock furniture will ship within approximately 4 weeks. 

Furniture and other oversized items travel via freight carriers which have extended processing and delivery times.  After the item reaches your local area, the delivery company will contact you via phone, email or text to schedule a delivery date and time that works for you. Items that ship freight require a signature for delivery. Oversized items will be delivered curbside unless otherwise noted. Most carriers schedule deliveries Monday through Friday between the hours of 9-5.  

Preorder items are not yet in our warehouse but may be purchased to hold your spot in line. Some preorder items have additional processing lead times once the items become in stock, and may not ship immediately. 

All freight items must be inspected prior to accepting the delivery. If damage is noted, the freight must be refused. We are unable to file a claim if damaged merchandise is accepted.

Furniture orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of submitting the order.  All furniture sales are final after this cancellation window. Please note, preorder dates are subject to change based on manufacturer production. 

Any item ‘Available on Preorder’ will ship as soon as it becomes available.

Painted Fox Home cannot deliver to P.O. Box locations or military APO/FPO addresses.   Painted Fox Home is not responsible for shipping delays due to the fault of the manufacturer or delivery carrier or for items that are lost or damaged in transit. 

COVID-19  

Our hearts go out to all those impacted by COVID-19. At this point in time our main priority is the safety of our community – including staff, customers, and suppliers.

Due to COVID-19 there may be delays in order processing and shipping. While we are working to get orders out as quickly as possible, our warehouses will continue working on rotating split shifts with smaller crews to practice social distancing and follow health guidelines.  We thank you in advance for your understanding and patience.
