Painted Fox Home offers free shipping storewide.
In stock decor items normally ship within 5 business days. Once your order has left the warehouse, transit times normally range from 2-5 business days. Some items may ship directly from our vendors. Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box.
Furniture will be special ordered on your behalf. In stock furniture will ship within approximately 7-10 business days.
In stock furniture and decor orders may not be cancelled as they immediately begin to process.
Furniture and other oversized items travel via freight carriers. After the item reaches your local area, the delivery company will contact you via phone, email or text to schedule a delivery date and time that works for you. Items that ship freight require a signature for delivery. Oversized items will be delivered curbside unless otherwise noted. Most carriers schedule deliveries Monday through Friday between the hours of 9-5.
All freight items must be inspected prior to accepting the delivery. If damage is noted, the freight should be refused. Photos of the damage must be included for review. Upon confirmation of shipping damage, our support team will file a claim and work with you to secure a discount, schedule a repair, or order a replacement. Requests for full refunds will be up to the sole discretion of each individual supplier.
PREMIUM WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY OPTION
Select products are eligible for our Premium White Glove Delivery service. If white glove delivery is selected at checkout, you will be charged a $199 Premium White Glove Delivery fee for the eligible item(s).
As part of our Premium White Glove Delivery service, the home delivery specialist will be on site and deliver inside to your room of choice, unpack the merchandise, remove the debris and perform assembly services up to 30 minutes. Please ensure there is a clear pathway from where the truck must park all the way to the desired delivery location. A signature will be required by an adult over the age of 18.
Painted Fox Home cannot deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, P.O. Box locations or military APO/FPO addresses. Rural destinations require specialized care so please reach out to our customer service team at [email protected] prior to ordering if your location is unable to accomodate freight delivery trucks.
Preorder items are not yet in our warehouse but may be purchased to hold your spot in line. Please reach out to us at [email protected] and we will be happy to provide a current estimated availability date.
