Painted Fox Home offers free shipping storewide*. There are a select group of fragile furniture products that do require our Premium White Glove Shipping. This will be noted on the indivudal product pages.
In stock decor items ship within 5 business days. Once your order has left the warehouse, transit times normally range from 2-5 business days. Some items may ship directly from our vendors. Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box.
In stock furniture shipping curbside free delivery will ship within approximately 7-10 business days. In stock furniture shipping Premium White Glove Delivery will ship within approximatley 10-20 business days.
In stock furniture and decor orders may not be cancelled as they immediately begin to process.
FREE CURBSIDE DELIVERY
Furniture and other oversized items travel via freight carriers. After the item reaches your local area, the delivery company will contact you via phone, email or text to schedule a delivery date and time that works for you. Items that ship freight require a signature for delivery. Oversized items will be delivered curbside unless Premium White Glove Delivery is selected. Most carriers schedule deliveries Monday through Friday between the hours of 9-5. Curbside delivery carriers will not carry your delivery up stairs or enter your home under any circumstances. Painted Fox Home is not responsible for any incurred storage fees or held shipment charges should you choose to delay shipment. Painted Fox Home is not responsible for any charges due to shipping arrangements made without approval from our shipping department.
All freight items must be inspected prior to accepting the delivery. If damage is noted, the freight should be refused. Photos of the damage must be included for review. Upon confirmation of shipping damage, our support team will file a claim and work with you to secure a discount or order a replacement.
PREMIUM WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY OPTION
Select products are eligible for our Premium White Glove Delivery service. If white glove delivery is selected at checkout, you will be charged a $199 Premium White Glove Delivery fee for the eligible item(s).
As part of our Premium White Glove Delivery service, the home delivery specialist will be on site and deliver inside to your room of choice, unpack the merchandise, remove the debris and perform assembly services up to 30 minutes. Please ensure there is a clear pathway from where the truck must park all the way to the desired delivery location. A signature will be required by an adult over the age of 18. If you elect to use our Premium White Glove Delivery Service you will be required to make an appointment for delivery and are responsible for any storage fees or held shipment charges.
ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES
Orders shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground are delivered on average 3-7 business days after the order leaves the warehouse.
Orders shipped via a Free Shipping/ LTL Freight Carrier are delivered on average 1-2 weeks after the order leaves the warehouse.
Orders shipped via Premium White Glove Service are delivered on average 2-4 weeks after the order leaves the warehouse.

Painted Fox Home cannot deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, P.O. Box locations or military APO/FPO addresses. Rural destinations require specialized care so please reach out to our customer service team at [email protected] prior to ordering if your location is unable to accomodate freight delivery trucks.
